Responsibilities
Accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping experience in a Real Estate Office.
A proficiency in cloud accounting technologies with at least 2 years running payroll, paying bills, processing commissions in the real estate space.
Ability to manage deadlines with an awareness of what needs to be prioritized
Excellent communication skills with both clients and tea m me mbers across digital channels and an innate desire to build relationships
Humility and openness to coaching and critiques; always seeking to improve
Keen attention to detail and obsession with making sure there is accuracy, integrity, and dependability in their work
Joy and a positive attitude in all communications internally and externally

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in running payroll, closing monthly books, and creating processes for both cash and accrual-basis clients.
At least 2 years of experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com , Gusto, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Real Estate Office Bookkeeping (including processing Commissions).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and tea m me mbers.
