Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team, with a primary focus on sales and lead generation. This is a work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to showcase your sales expertise remotely while contributing to a global team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using LinkedIn and other platforms for generating leads, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in managing CRM systems. Previous experience working with North American clients is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Sales Outreach:
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect, and engage with potential leads and clients.
• Conduct thorough research to build a well-maintained list of potential prospects.
• Initiate connection requests, draft personalized outreach messages, and conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads.
• Utilize other platforms and tools for targeted lead generation to expand reach in the North American market.
2. Sales Support:
• Assist in drafting and sending professional sales email s and follow-up messages to prospects and clients.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage sales calls and meetings for the sales team.
• Monitor and track sales leads in the CRM to ensure no potential client is missed.
• Develop sales proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
3. CRM Management:
• Update and maintain accurate lead and client data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms).
• Ensure the sales pipeline is up-to-date and all follow-up activities are properly recorded and monitored.
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to track progress, lead conversions, and overall sales performance.
4. Communication and Client Engagement:
• Professionally engage with clients and prospects via LinkedIn, email , and phone.
• Draft and send sales proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to foster strong relationships with potential clients and maintain follow-up mome ntum.
5. Administrative and Support Tasks:
• Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for the sales team to ensure smooth coordination.
• Prepare and organize sales documents, presentations, and other materials required for meetings.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, ensuring that day-to-day sales operations run smoothly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably focused on the North American market.
• LinkedIn Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a lead generation and sales engagement tool. Experience with advanced LinkedIn functions (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
• CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing and updating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to generate and analyze CRM reports.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Technical Aptitude: Competency in using various business software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sales-related platforms.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and follow-up.
• Self-Motivated and Independent: Able to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently in a remote environment.

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role with a focus on sales and lead generation.
• Familiarity with other sales tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn and CRM systems.
