Experienced project manager in general contracting. Manages all projects for the company. Must have excellent written and verbal English and have worked for companies in United States. Must be experienced in both LMN and QuickBooks software. Do NOT apply if your English language and written skills are not superior.
You will be the point person on a day-to-day basis, knowing where and what everyone is doing and following up if they are not. You will know what your issues could be and have a pro-active plan for each including handling the unexpected on any days. Ability to look ahead, lead and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for cost reductions, efficiencies and improving processes.
a. Responsible for project start to completion: Reviews project scope and documents to determine and create project budget and schedule. Ability to track each project in LMN software and QuickBooks to ensure project profitability.
b. Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and setting milestones created in LMN onto a Google Calendar.
c. Delegating tasks on the projects to employees or subcontractors best positioned to complete them
d. Making effective decisions in consultation with operations manager, when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
e. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in alignment
f. Communicating with stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
g. Ensuring quality control on the projects in collaboration with operations manager, throughout development to maintain the standards expected
h. Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
i. Must be able to virtually understand site visits, order all materials, vehicles and all procurement.
j. Will work closely with field personnel and subcontractors in planning, coordinating and executing phases of projects
k. Will be responsible for tracking and forecasting to projects regarding scope, schedule, budget and profitability.
l. Responsible for AR and AP per project, tracking actuals against budgets.
m. Must hold tea m me mbers accountable for their deliverables and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
n. Responsible for placing documentation of projects, contracts, subcontractors, and vendors in a centrally accessible location as well as within the software used.
o. Implement project management methodologies like Waterfall or Agile as needed
p. Will be leading the snow season with the Operations Manager which consists of but not limited to

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business management and at least 8 years of experience in construction business
• Must have experience with LMN, Google Suites, QuickBooks, Go High Level
