We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Business Process Management (BPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the telecom industry, with a deep understanding of complex business processes and systems. This role will be instrumental in driving process optimization, efficiency, and innovation within the organization.

Functions and Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Design:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and document detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize complex processes.
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Measure and track process performance metrics to evaluate the impact of process changes.

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users throughout the change process.
  • Project Management:
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams to deliver process improvement initiatives on time and within budget.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on process management.
  • Proven experience in the telecom, IT, or BPO industry is essential
  • Deep understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using business process management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certifications in business analysis or process management (e.g., CBAP, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred background in enterprise or business operations.
