Responsibilities:
- Serve as a contact for employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
- Address disputes, terminate employment, implement disciplinary actions, manage grievances, and provide counseling.
- Coordinate team-building activities and year-end parties.
- Communicate with clients regarding HR-related issues.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Prepare bank endorsements for new employee payroll accounts.
- Guide managers and employees through performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE laws and regulations.
- Administer workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and deletions.
- Support payroll processes and manage offboarding activities including quitclaims and final paychecks.
- Prepare various HR correspondence and internal memorandums.
- Handle Independent Contractor Agreement renewals and coordinate with clients for approval
.
Qualifications:
- With at least 3 years of experience in the different areas of Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and DOLE regulations and must be adept in Labor Law provisions, including human relations and employee rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Experience in employee engagement and team-building.
