Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a contact for employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
  • Address disputes, terminate employment, implement disciplinary actions, manage grievances, and provide counseling.
  • Coordinate team-building activities and year-end parties.
  • Communicate with clients regarding HR-related issues.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Prepare bank endorsements for new employee payroll accounts.
  • Guide managers and employees through performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE laws and regulations.
  • Administer workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and deletions.
  • Support payroll processes and manage offboarding activities including quitclaims and final paychecks.
  • Prepare various HR correspondence and internal memorandums.
  • Handle Independent Contractor Agreement renewals and coordinate with clients for approval

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years of experience in the different areas of Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and DOLE regulations and must be adept in Labor Law provisions, including human relations and employee rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Experience in employee engagement and team-building.
