Help the marketing dept. in facilitating proposed company programs.
Maintaining an accurate record of labor hours worked by each employee
Communicating with supervisors/department heads to provide updates on work progress or any issues that arise
Ensures that all salary computation and mandatory deductions are accurate, complete, and properly monitored
Reporting any timekeeping irregularities to supervisors for further investigation
Ensures that all benefits / salaries of employees are in accordance with government rules and regulations
Responsible to report in any government offices onsite if needed.
Processes workers’ data into the company database (e-201) & 201 files and handles employment Contracts
Perform other administrative task as needed
