How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Perform various clerical tasks for the Intake department.
  • Use word processing tools, spreadsheets, and databases to prepare and download files.
  • Perform records filing, copying, and archiving.
  • Prepare and process appointment scheduling calls and reports.
  • Perform administrative, reporting, and customer service tasks.


What You Must Possess

  • High-level education related to medical and healthcare
  • Proficient in Excel, Monday.com, and Route Manager
  • Strong work ethics
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team
  • Attentiveness and patience
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to be positive in any situation
