Qualification Standards

Education: Completion of two-year studies in college

Eligibility: At least Career Service Sub-Professional/ First Level Eligibility

Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the alternate document management controller
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications of the office
  • File correspondences and other documents
  • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
  • Answer telephone calls and other forms of communication
  • Assist the Regional Director and Assistant Regional Director in the routing and archival of online documents
  • Perform other administrative functions that may be assigned from time to time
