Based in Shanghai with Silicon Valley roots and backed by notable investors, we are seeking a Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support Agent or Happiness Officer. Your role will involve providing friendly, professional service through email and live-chat channels, along with translating our product into Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Emanate our brand personality in every customer interaction by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create WOW moments for new and existing customers across all channels (email, chat, social media).
  • Translate our product and all related customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Develop expertise in our product and internal software to assist customers efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and happy demeanor in every customer and team interaction.

Requirements

  • Professional level Chinese and English communication skills.
  • Strong passion for helping people with varying learning curves.
  • Deep love for learning new things, problem solving, and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Working desktop/computer with at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher; with at least a 20Mbps internet connection.
