Marketing Manager

This role requires developing and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote products. The role of a Marketing Manager encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities. The candidate is likely to work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution.

Specific Job Description:

• Have a proper understanding of target markets, channels, consumer behaviors, trends, within each market to plan and implement suitable programs in each respective channel to drive sales.
• Understand the brand, sales, and business direction to be able to translate that into trade marketing initiatives and responsibilities.
• Strong commercial outlook and marketing sense.
• Proactive and creative on all marketing mix elements.
• A strong team player who works well with everyone across departments.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Ability to develop presentations and present ideas and plans well.

• - Minimum 5 years experience in marketing/sales/manufacturing/trade fields within Food Industry

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Preferably Graduate of Marketing Course
• Proven Track record in Food Industry
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (minimum of 5 years)
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics
• Experience with the Food Industry.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
