What you'll do:
As an Order Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support for order processing and customer service.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Action Check Report in line with procedure.
- Problem-solving and showing initiative.
- Will be performing internal correspondence.
- Actioning ad-hoc admin tasks as required with minimal errors.
- Following all policies and procedures.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College degree in any course.
- At least 2 years of related working experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personality types.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
