Job Title: Senior Accountant

Work Setup & Schedule: Hybrid : 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

What you’ll be doing:

End-to-end financial responsibility of all Owner’s Corporation (OC) financial management.
Preparation of annual OC budgets and monitoring (and investigating) variances on at least a quarterly basis.
Preparation of OC quarterly and annual financial statements (with more regular ad-hoc reporting on an ‘as needed’ basis).
Timely preparation of audit packs for OC financial statements and assisting with external audit queries.
Liaising with external tax accountants and assisting with statutory lodgments.
Attendance at OC meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) (as required) along with ad-hoc communication with OC committee members.
Monitor OC cashflow and advising OC management in advance of anticipated shortfall.
Manage, monitor and report to the OC manager/client on Owners Corporations’ investment funds.
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing of approved invoices.
Ensure accuracy and timely calculation of monthly management fees, administration fees, and additional services.
Ensure levy notices and miscellaneous invoices are issued in a timely manner and in accordance with the Owners Corporation Act 2006.
