  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, documentation, and assisting the goods procurement sub-section.
  • Obtain quotations/proposals and negotiates with the vendors the most advantageous terms and conditions and possible discounts.
  • Gather and evaluate quotations, proposals, and bids from suppliers using price comparison and bid analysis.
  • Initiates sourcing to ensure continuity of supplies/services.
  • Review, process, and monitor purchase requests of goods (both local and imported) and services, until they are closed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably a business course or supply chain management
  • Knowledgeable of Procurement Tools and with negotiation skills an advantage Computer Skills: Computer literate in software like Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Can operate SAP S/4 HANA
  • Should have at least 1 year working experience in procuring goods.
