Workforce Manager

Job Description

The workforce manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and optimizing workforce planning, scheduling and performance management to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role involves analyzing staffing needs, managing workforce data, and collaborating with various departments to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs, taking into account workload volume and headcount requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports to track productivity, performance metrics and workforce efficiency.
• Communicate efficiency progress to company leadership.
• Manage WFA coaching list and ensure management complies with the coaching.
• Recognize trends and potential improvements by evaluating performance data and operational insight.
• Coordinate employees schedule to guarantee sufficient coverage across all shifts and departments.
• Support scheduling and attendance.
• Workforce planning.
• Analyzes worked hours vs billed hours.
• Collaborate with other departments to align workforce strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor surveillance cameras for policy compliance.
• Audit low performers and conduct periodic reviews of employees’ screen activities.

• Proven experience in workforce management.
• Advanced English.
• Forecasting and scheduling knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience creating MS excel reports and templates.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency.
