Position Summary

Responsible for the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions specifically on Revenue function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, departmental SOPs, and business rules established in the financial system. This role will assist in managing the order-to-cash stream, including timely invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. The Analyst ensures that AR transactions are correctly posted to assigned customer ledgers and GL accounts, which serves as a critical source of information for financial reporting. Additionally, the position supports the preparation of Financial Statements for both statutory and internal reporting within the company.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or any business related course

At least 1 year of experience in Accounting function

CPA, preferred but not required

Competencies

  • Knowledge of automated financial systems (ERP System)
  • Knowledge of PFRS, SEC regulations, and Internal Revenue regulations
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
