Job Title: Senior Accountant (AU)

Work Setup & Schedule: Hybrid (8AM-5PM)

What you’ll be doing:

• Bank and/or Credit Card Reconciliation.

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing and maintenance.

• Management of Inventory and Fixed Asset Register.

• Payroll processing.

• Processing month end journals and other general ledger journal entries.

• Preparation of monthly reporting pack which may include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet,

KPI/Trend Analysis, and Cash Flow reports.

• Liaising with external tax accountants and assisting with statutory lodgments.

• Communicate proactively with various stakeholders on job status, queries, request for

information and others through phone calls and emails, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in adapting to client situations.

• Contribute to a positive teamwork environment.

• Communicate openly and honestly.

• Actively seek to develop procedures and processes that enhance performance, job

satisfaction and productivity.

• Ad-hoc duties as required

What will make you a great fit:

• Accountancy graduate, CPA preferred.

• With at least 4 years of work experience in Accounting & Reporting.

• Experience using Xero, required.

• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Retail Industry would be an advantage.

• High level Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with Australian accounting and payroll, a plus.

• Open to be working in Makati office for training, if required.

• Can work with minimal supervision and with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proactive, confident with dealing with other people both in speaking and writing.

• Strong deadline management and reporting.

• Willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept

new responsibilities.
