Job Overview:

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end sales process across various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle product listings, store dress-up, customer service, and sales analysis while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The Digital Sales Officer will also be responsible for stock monitoring, sales auditing, and providing insights through weekly and monthly sales reports. Will also be responsible in updating Odoo system with all stock transfer, sales reports, and inventory monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Store Management:

• Manage and update product listings across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

• Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional offers.

• Regularly "dress up" online stores by optimizing layout, banners, and featured products to enhance customer experience and highlight

• End-to-End Digital Sales Management:

• Oversee the entire sales process from customer inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Handle pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions across all e-commerce platforms.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for any digital purchase, stock replenishment, stock transfer, and order fulfillment.

• Customer Service & Inquiry Handling:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages on all platforms (Email, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram).

• Assist customers with order issues, including refunds, product replacements, and other purchase concerns.

• Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer needs efficiently and professionally.

• Create automated customer replies during holidays and store closure.

• Stock Monitoring & Auditing:

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability across all platforms and align with the Audit Department and Warehouse Department.

• Conduct regular stock monitoring and request replenishment from the warehouse.

• Sales Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for sales improvement.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

• Report on the performance of campaigns and promotions across different platforms.

• Propose on strategies to improve sales performance and brand growth.

• Platform Management:

• Optimize store operations on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to enhance user experience and drive sales.

• Stay updated on platform-specific trends, features, and updates to maintain competitive advantage.

• E-commerce Strategy & Execution:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital sales strategies with broader marketing campaigns.

• Implement strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, E-commerce, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram).

• Strong understanding of digital sales processes and online customer behavior.

• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in stock monitoring and audits.

• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms, as well as Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
