Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at Kia Ortigas located in Cainta. The Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, manage service staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate service schedules. The role will also involve handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and implementing service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Service Management, Automotive Service, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a managerial role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or National Certified on any Automotive Service Related Field
