We are hiring for several WFM positions for one of our prime clients.
Workforce Supervisor
- College Degree.
- With 2-3 years’ experience in Workforce Management.
- Experience with forecasting and scheduling.
- With supervisory experience handling Lead RTA or Lead WF.
- Experience in handling all LOB (Email, chat and voice, inbound and Outbound).
- Amenable to be deployed in Gilmore and Pasig for a Shifting Schedule (Onsite).
RTA Lead
- College Degree any course.
- At least 2yrs Exp as Realtime Analyst Lead.
- Can be an individual contributor.
- Proficiency in real-time monitoring tools and software used in BPO operations (e.g., workforce management systems, CRM software, call center management systems).
- Experience using Twilio CRM is an advantage.
- Amenable to be deployed in McKinley and Pasig for a Shifting Schedule (Onsite).
Reports Analyst Supervisor
- College Degree any course.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, mentoring a team and client phasing.
- More than 2yrs Exp in Reports Analytics as a Supervisor. Can be an individual contributor.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Sales Account experience is a plus.
- Amenable to be deployed in McKinley and Pasig for a Shifting Schedule (Onsite).
