I. Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other HR functions to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Mediate conflicts and provide solutions to workplace issues.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  1. Compliance & Policy Development:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  1. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage compensation structure and benefits administration.
  • Conduct salary reviews and ensure equitable pay practices.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries about benefits.
  1. HR Systems & Reporting:
  • Oversee and ensure that HR information systems and databases are accurate and updated
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Manage HR records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a human resources management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
