Responsibilities:
- Reviews and analyzes daily operations reports and provides actions to prevent potential risks to facilities' utility systems of the factory.
- Manages site projects and ensures on-time delivery as per planned design and budget.
- Provides technical expertise on utility systems with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
- Conducts review of the daily activities and programs related to Facilities equipment operation and maintenance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving programs in support of departmental goals and objectives. Performs other duties as required.
- Enterprise-level thinking, excellent communication skills
- Expertise in Electrical and Mechanical facility equipment maintenance, repair, and efficiency activities (Compressed air, Vacuum systems, HVAC systems, Liquid N2, Ultrapure water systems, and waste treatment plant.
- Knowledgeable in UPS, Generator, and HV switch operations and maintenance
- Project management expertise, ability to execute projects based on approved plan and budget
- Problem Solving skills – 8D, FMEA, Root cause analysis.
- BS Engineering Degree, MBA preferred
- With at least 10 years of working experience in a large manufacturing plant, Semicon/mfg industry is preferred but not required
