Ensures compliance with Phil GAAP, Accounting Standards, local and statutory reporting requirements including but not limited to BIR, SEC, PEZA and other government agencies as applicable.
Responsible for maintaining effective and efficient month-end and year end close processes.
Overseeing the recording, tracking, and reporting of Financial information
Providing variance analysis of financial information and providing recommendation on any cost savings
Overall planning and preparation of budget
Coordinating and completing any tax or local government annual statutory and compliance audit
Developing and implementing department controls and procedures and ensures it is operating effectively
Optimize systems and processes to meet company’s goals and objectives and safeguard of company assets.
Balance sheet and monthly account reconciliation reviews.
Serve as a key point of contact for auditors, managing preparation and support of all internal and external audits.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong business relationships and provide functional leadership
Disciplined work ethic, detail oriented and well-organized.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting
Exceptional working knowledge of accounting and revenue recognition principles required Advanced knowledge of accounting best practices and standardized accounting policies and procedures.
Hands-on experience transacting in multiple currencies required including financial consolidation and currency translation
Has experience in using Quickbooks online
Highly proficient in using Microsoft office
Willing to go on flexible working hours e.g. Graveyard shift if needed
