Change Management Planner

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Change Management Planner to join our Manufacturing Division based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Change Management Planner is a member of the Project Planning and ECI Management Group that is responsible in managing inhouse systems and production preparation of new vehicle model specifications.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in systems and project management.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Preparation and Execution of Engineering changepoints related to new specifications.
• Ensure on-time implementation of new model introduction preparation plan. (CKD units)
• Key person in updating and revisions of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Monitor and Control of operating expenses to complete projects with investments based on given schedule.
• Responsible in handling parts list database management and control.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably with knowledge in project management and/or systems handling.
• You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values.

Skills required:

• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Preferably with knowledge in computer programming
• Has knowledge in technical analysis and able to understand technical drawings
• Has project management skills
• Has excellent communication and coordination skills
