Responsibilities:

- Carry out all day-to-day processes for effective management of Owners Corporation Accounts
- Coordinate daily bank reconciliations
- Assist Owners with queries via phone and email
- Assist Strata Managers with financial queries
- Assist in the review and preparation of financial reporting
- Complete End of Financial Year and End of Month financial adjustments as required
- Prepare budgets based on prior expenditure
- Raise Owners Corporation levies as required
- Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable functions
- Create and process management fee billing
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Accounts Manager where appropriate
- Develop collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of communications and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the Accounts team, providing support and assistance where required to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner.
- Carry out, and assist with, miscellaneous activities as requested.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- AU Accounting experience is a PLUS
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve and think critically when identifying solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy, including the use of accounting and payroll software and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new packages as appropriate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and influencing across multiple stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work proactively across multiple tasks and with limited supervision
- Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of business practices, operational processes, and service provision
- Prior experience within the Strata industry is a plus
- Ability to work occasional outside of office hours when required

- Monthly package rate: PHP 45,000 to PHP 75,000 depending on experience (With or without AU Experience)
