Job Overview

As an Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive new business by initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls. You will actively seek out and engage with prospective customers, present our product or service offerings, and effectively communicate their benefits to generate interest and secure sales meetings or leads. Key duties include identifying and researching potential prospects, crafting compelling sales pitches, handling objections, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets, contributing to overall company growth.

Skillsets

  • With outbound sales experience in a BPO setting
  • Can personalize and be very conversational over the phone
  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in college of any course
  • At least 6 months of outbound calling with sales is an advantage
  • Willing to work in night shift
  • Willing to work onsite
