Painting Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Painting Engineer to join our Manufacturing Division based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Painting Engineer is a member of the Painting & Resin Engineering Section that is responsible in providing engineering support to production and maintenance operation of Painting Shop.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning and project management.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Setting process and equipment standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Review and propose process and equipment efficiency improvement.
• Attain production operation key performance index, includes ensuring smooth operation flow and no equipment breakdown.
• Planning and ensuring timely delivery of projects and/or activities for equipment improvement, prioritizing safety & quality impact. This includes:
• Repair and rehabilitation of equipment.
• Renewal of obsolete equipment.
• Preventive maintenance planning.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably with knowledge in Manufacturing Process set-up & basic operation.
• You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.

Skills required:

• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Preferably with knowledge in AutoCAD and PLC software
• Preferably with equipment maintenance & trouble shooting exposure
• Has knowledge in technical analysis and able to understand technical drawings
• Has project management skills
• Has excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
