Customer Service & Logistics Executive

Position Overview:

Thai Wah International Philippines, a subsidiary of Thai Wah Company, is seeking a trustworthy and passionate professional for the role of Customer Service & Logistics Executive. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy within the starch derivatives business, handling both customer service and logistics operations in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting sales activities, coordinating logistics, and managing the supply chain. The individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries regarding delivery, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily interactions and operational tasks with customers
• Oversee local delivery services
• Prepare and monitor documentation for importation and local sales
• Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to manage stock levels and delivery schedules
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on daily operations
• Provide weekly or monthly reports as required by management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or sales administration
• Experience in import/export processes is preferred
• Previous experience in a multinational company is an advantage
• Experience handling commodity products and food ingredients is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
