Your Role:
Job Description:
- Compile and analyze financial information for the Technology Department
- Track OPEX, CAPEX, and monthly billables
- Oversee billing for vendor-related services and professional services rendered for clients
- Work in close coordination with the company's finance team
- Report on forecasted/budgeted vs actual expenses, including integrated analysis of revenue
- Identify trends and analyze given financial data and present them in the executive report
- Perform at least one audit per Procurement Specialist on a weekly basis.
- Review IT contracts on a weekly basis and forward to Procurement for processing as needed
- Bachelor's Degree major in Finance, Accounting or other related business courses
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work on flexible hours especially night shift
- Preferably with knowledge or experience in using digital office tools and other technology
- Can work on-site in Cagayan de Oro City
