Your Role:

Job Description:

  • Compile and analyze financial information for the Technology Department
  • Track OPEX, CAPEX, and monthly billables
  • Oversee billing for vendor-related services and professional services rendered for clients
  • Work in close coordination with the company's finance team
  • Report on forecasted/budgeted vs actual expenses, including integrated analysis of revenue

and expenses

  • Identify trends and analyze given financial data and present them in the executive report
  • Perform at least one audit per Procurement Specialist on a weekly basis.
  • Review IT contracts on a weekly basis and forward to Procurement for processing as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree major in Finance, Accounting or other related business courses
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work on flexible hours especially night shift
  • Preferably with knowledge or experience in using digital office tools and other technology

systems

  • Can work on-site in Cagayan de Oro City
