- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

4. Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity.

- Optimize working capital and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Identify training and development needs for finance staff.

- Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

6. Strategic Financial Planning:

- Partner with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license

- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance
