- Bachelor of Science in Psychology, or Human Resources or any four-year college course
- Technical: Minimum of 10 years significant work in HR manufacturing or similar industry
- Proven work experience as a HRAD and OD Head or similar role
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple events in a corporate or manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge on different facets of HRAD
- Highly knowledgeable in Labor and Employee Relations
- Knowledgeable in Statutory Benefits and DOLE/ Labor Legislation
- Knowledgeable of Performance Management System
- Knowledgeable and understand job evaluation and job analysis systems
- MS Office proficient (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Above average communication and presentation skills
