A. Accounting Officer
- Manage end to end settlement of expenses
- Prepare payroll, bonuses, and statutory remittances such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and BIR
- Performs month end closing activities, such as bank reconciliation, accruals/reversals, etc.
- Prepare internal billing to management companies
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- End year reports and audit
B. HR Officer
- HRIS management for payroll, leaves, and maintenance of employee information
- Prepares employee contracts and service level agreements
- Process hiring, onboarding, and termination of contracts
- Process annual business and work permits
- Travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Accounting Technology
- Experience in Microsoft applications
- Good communication and coordination skills
