Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across various online channels to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other platforms to measure ROI and improve strategies.
  • Create, manage, and curate engaging content for social media platforms and websites that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Track and report on key digital marketing metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s email marketing lists and nurture campaigns to drive conversions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or partners as needed for specialized campaigns or initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or other digital marketing credentials is an advantage.
