  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Team Collaboration and Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in experience in compensation and benefits
  • Must have proven experience as a Manager or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Government Mandated Benefits.
  • Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar is an advantage .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve employee engagement.
  • Amenable to work on site (Monday to Friday & 9am to 6pm).
  • Amenable to report in Marikina and/or Pasig City.
