JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HRIS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) This role ensures the system supports the organization’s HR operations and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include customization, development, maintenance, UAT and upgrade to systems and modules.
- Darwinbox Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Darwinbox to configure, customize, and optimize the system to meet organizational needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff and other system users, ensuring effective use of the HRIS.
- Compliance: Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and security standards.
- Project Management: Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management, with specific experience in Darwinbox preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Darwinbox and other HRIS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and training abilities.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
