Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Development Specialist and Financial Analyst to take charge of multiple projects and deliver results in parallel. You will work directly with the founder, overseeing projects across different areas of the business. This role requires someone with extensive experience in life insurance and finance who can build processes from scratch and take ownership of tasks with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build presentations for clients and investors.
• Create financial projections and model various financial scenarios.
• Review loan offers and analyze financial data.
• Pull data from bank communications and assist with loan processing.
• Build and optimize email funnels for inbound leads.
• Analyze and input data from life insurance illustrations and documents.
• Lead daily check-ins with the founder to review tasks, priorities, and progress.
• Provide weekly progress updates to the team.
• Manage multiple projects and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in life insurance or lending (mandatory).
• Strong background in finance with the ability to model financial scenarios.
• Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) including advanced formulas and data management in Google Sheets.
• Self-starter who can lead projects, take initiative, and make progress independently.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting project status and seeking direction when needed.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and move them forward in parallel.

Success in this Role:

• Successfully manage and make progress on multiple projects at once.
• Lead and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Provide regular updates and clear plans of action on each project.
• Take ownership of tasks, offer solutions, and deliver results efficiently.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position: 7am-4pm Pacific Time.
