- Generates and compiles detailed management reports reflecting key metrics, trends, and collections performance.
- Analyzes and interprets data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Oversees the validation of incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborates with concerned operating units to reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Works closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of effective collection strategies.
- Maintains accurate records of billing transactions, payment validations, and management reports.
- Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing, collections, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have at least 1 year of work experience in the same field
