ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Arrangement: Flexible Work Arrangement (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

About you
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related degree
- 4-6 years of full cycle accounting experience
- 1-2 years nonprofit industry accounting experience
- Experienced mentoring / training new hires
- Must have experience in preparing 990 tax returns and
- Hands on experience in QuickBooks Online and highly preferred Bill.com
- Strong English comms (written and verbal) Motivated, Independent, Problem solver
About this role
- Posting and reconciling client transactions using a number of software platforms, including QuickBooks Online, Dext, Divvy, and Bill.com
- Conducting peer reviews of accounting systems and financial statements; sharing feedback with team members so that they can make corrections and ensure accurate accounting
- Completing various catch-up and clean-up accounting projects
- Revising client chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Reconciling grant expenses with customer or project reports in QuickBooks Online
- Calculating and posting payroll or other expense allocation entries
- Performing CRM reconciliations of client revenue
- Establishing, documenting, and evaluating accounting processes
- Performing account reconciliations and close procedures
- Preparing monthly financial reports for assigned clients
- Preparing Form 990 tax returns on behalf of clients
- Managing long- and short-term deadline
