JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR MANAGER

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Manager would be:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.

• Communicate the company’s vision and objectives to your team.

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of support and sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for sales optimization.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Use insights to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Provide valuable input to product development based on customer feedback and market demands.

• Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

• Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications as a Senior Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience

• Minimum of 3 years work experience and track record in successful sales, lead generation, customer service, cold-calling, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred

• Experience in handling both support and sales team

• Proficient in Excel and business intelligence

• Absolute fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Proven track record of closing clients over telephone/zoom meetings.

• Results-driven and success-oriented mindset.

• Proactive, dynamic, and dedicated work attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in organic lead generation, B2B & B2C Sales.

• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications.

• In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.

• Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation skills and a pleasing personality

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight and rules are followed for SOPs.

• Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.

• Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.

• Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.

• Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
