Marketing Co-ordinator

Marketing co-ordinator to oversee all aspects of print marketing materials for clubs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, production, and distribution of print collateral, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. The role also involves improving the support service for clubs and exploring innovative print solutions to enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Print Materials:

Oversee the design timelines, production, and distribution of print marketing materials.

Ensure all print materials are in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to manage the full process from concept to delivery.

Cost & Delivery Management:

Manage budgets for all print marketing print projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions are achieved.

Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and manage contracts.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of print materials to gym locations.

Support Service for Clubs:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clubs regarding print marketing needs.
• Continuously assess and improve the support provided to clubs, ensuring efficient delivery of materials.
• Innovate Print Solutions:
• Keep up to date with developments in print marketing and apply new ideas to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to explore creative print options that engage members and promote the brand.
• Explore sustainable and environmentally friendly print practices where possible.
  

Qualifications

• Experience in managing print marketing materials.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with suppliers and internal teams.
