Responsible for assisting the HR Managers and HR Officers in developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives while creating a positive and productive work environment. Assisting in all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
•Assisting in the recruitment process. Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the company.
•Assisting in the performance management process and providing constructive feedback to employees.
•Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and handle all necessary HR documentation and paperwork.
•Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
