This role is intended for a contract worker based in the Philippines.
Objective: To act as a ‘reverse recruiter’, assisting in job applications and communications with prospective employers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Research jobs listings that meet target job criteria at companies in appropriate industries
Manage resume types and select best resume for each role
Complete applications for target jobs at companies in appropriate industries
Identify email addresses of key decision-makers (recruiters and hiring managers) at appropriate industries, compose and send email s to key decision-makers
Communicate promptly and professionally while acting as point of contact via email for initial recruiter outreach
Identify and suggest improved company target and application strategies
Provide well documented analytical application reports, at regular agreed intervals
Required Skills:
Excellent English communications (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Proven work experience with job searching or reverse recruiting
Proven work experience with research of companies and job listings
Excellent capabilities with Microsoft office and/or Google Suite
Strong familiarity with resume structure and job applications
Basic understanding of manufacturing or battery industry is ‘nice to have’
Extreme professionalism, trustworthiness, and willingness to learn
Compensation:
The compensation will be contract gig work based on deliverables and a fixed rate. There would be bonus pay for excellent performance and results.
Compensation will vary based on results. Roughly speaking, the contractor can expect ~$50 for the initial trial period and ~$100 USD per project, including fixed rates and bonuses, once the trial period is over.
