  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We focus on creating seamless banking experiences without physical branch visits, leveraging a range of APIs and scalable capability services. Our infrastructure handles millions of requests per minute, demanding scalability, reliability, and high performance for an optimal customer journey across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities
  • Code and Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable code and software solutions for diverse mobile application projects
  • Engineering Process Enhancement: Continuously improve engineering processes linked to mobile app development
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to define and develop new features, leveraging best practices in source control, continuous integration, and testing
  • Software Analysis and Maintenance: Analyze and maintain software applications, resolving programming bugs as needed. Collaborate with the product team to meet stakeholder requirements and developmental roadmaps
  • Product Demos and Understanding: Conduct product demos for stakeholders and the development team. Understand existing business systems and end-users' needs
  • Delivery and Quality Adherence: Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure software meets quality, security, and extensibility standards
  • Departmental Improvement: Contribute to enhancing departmental processes while maintaining confidentiality and staying updated on development tools and techniques

Qualifications
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Information technology or related courses
  • Must have at least 3+ years in Software Development (essential experience in Android/Kotlin/iOS/React. Experience in Flutter development is a plus)
  • Must have experience in iOS application development
  • Must have proficiency in complex systems and designing moderately complex mobile systems
  • Must have knowledge of APIs and Microservices patterns, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset
  • Must have proficiency in MVVM, understanding of client/server architectures, and mobile development methodologies
  • Has the capability to justify technology choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Backbase Engagement Banking Platform is advantageous
  • Has the eagerness to iteratively solve problems, prioritize customer needs, value team diversity, and communicate empathetically
  • Must have excellent communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly, and maintain thorough documentation
