Your Role

The Project Manager/Business Analyst is responsible in planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring and implementation of project while as Business Analyst is responsible in definition and elicitation of requirements and oversight on system testing activities.

Your Impact

  • Source, acquire and manage resources
  • Coordinate and monitor the efforts of the team members and third-party contractors or consultants
  • Prepare time and cost estimates for completing projects
  • Document and report on-time all project issues to project management teams as necessary
  • Ensure that all project risks and issues are addressed by project team/project steering committee
  • Conduct, identify, manage, provide/recommend solution and document all project risks through IT Risk Management Framework
  • Ensure user requirements are addressed in the functional specifications and technical specifications
  • Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness of systems to improve production or workflow as required
  • Conduct research pertaining to implementation of information technology projects to meet current and projected needs
  • Ensure that all agreed project deliverables are signed-off and delivered as indicated in the project plan
  • Prepare/Update Project Manager’s agreed deliverables and processes based on PMF and SDLC
  • Manage implementation of project activities and resources based on the agreed timeline
  • Lead the Gap Analysis activities for packaged/out-of-the-box application systems
  • Conduct data gathering, process review and analysis of business requirements
  • Prepare Functional Specification (FS) within the given timeline If needed, review of advisory for release of business to ensure accuracy and accordance with system implementation and/or impact on business process
  • Send advisory on system implementation

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years experience in project management activities and methodologies
  • Banking Experience preferred but not required
  • Familiar with project management process, methodologies, and tools
  • Familiar with banking operations, and core-bank systems
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, with high analytical skills. Organized approach and able to work under pressure
