Job Responsibilities:
- Audit, review, and ensure the correctness, accuracy, and completeness of all documentary requirements for the PEZA application, including both the legal and technical documents.
- Manage the efficient, cost-effective, and timely processing of PEZA permits as aligned to inventory generation targets. Provide solutions and strategies to streamline PEZA permit processing and delivery.
- Review and ensure that all acquisition legal agreements, the necessary documents to transfer ownership to the company, and documents for permit applications are fully complied with and correct.
- Oversee the records management and ensure proper and systematic archiving of all important documents—original copies and e-files—in a controlled, protected, user-friendly, and easily accessible location.
- Oversee the real property tax payment, the preparation of the schedule of assessment, and its proper recording.
- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual budget and expenses
Minimum Requirements:
- Lawyer
- with extensive knowledge of PEZA law and policies;
- Five (5) years or more experience in Land acquisition, permits, and the titling process
