Assistant Finance Manager

What will you do?

• Assist the Finance Manager in cash flow management and reviewing revenue calculations.
• Weekly bank reconciliation in D365 accounting system.
• Update weekly cash forecast.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation and COGS calculation.
• Prepare intercompany chargeback calculations.
• Maintain ledgers (AP, AR, Inventory, Cash Management and others) and w eekly bank reconciliation in D365 accounting system.
• Prepare statutory, financial, and consolidated P&L reports.
• Prepare month-end reports such as flux analysis and monthly balance sheet reconciliation for submission to HQ.
• 1st layer review for tax calculations from tax consultants and fulfil all regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in statutory and internal audits.
• Assist in projects within finance.
• Other tasks deemed necessary.
  
  

What will you need?

• Degree in Accounting, or other relevant Professional qualification. Qualified / Certified Accountant is preferred
• Knowledge in using Microsoft D365 would have an advantage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office application and possess computerized accounting software knowledge
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Proactive, independent, and able to multi-tasks in meeting deadlines
