This is a full-time Data Analyst role with a focus on B2B-related data at Palawan Group of Companies.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as Finance, Marketing, Product, etc) to gather and consolidate data which exist in different formats.
- Preparing, transforming, and analyzing large datasets related to PalawanPay/Palawan Pawnshop/Palawan Express Pera Padala using SQL in AWS Redshift.
- Creating dashboards and reports in Excel and PowerBI.
- Generating insights to support business decisions and day-to-day operations of the B2B team and the management team.
- Communicating findings to stakeholders with different backgrounds and technical understanding, presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
Work Setup: Hybrid 2-3x a week RTO
Location: Pio del Pilar, Makati
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related computational field. (REQUIRED)
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience in data analytics. (REQUIRED)
- Strong proficiency in both SQL and Excel. (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and presentation skills. (REQUIRED)
- Experience handling 100M++ rows of complex data and joining multiple tables with different joining keys.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on data accuracy and checking.
- Self-starter who has initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Experience in statistical data modeling and database management is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc).
- Experience in the financial or fintech industry is a plus.
