About The Role

The Learning Advisor supports the site in the execution of learning strategy and tactics to ensure training is delivered in accordance with external and internal requirements. Manages team that provides support to the operational learning delivery team to enable efficient and effective learning is delivered across the site.

Support the design, deployment and maintenance of the Learning and provides guidance and advice on learning systems, processes and quality, including learning design.

This role will be based out of our Limay, Bataan Manufacturing Site.

What you will be doing

  • Oversees the end to end approach of operational learning delivery across the region to ensure that training is delivered in line with internal and external requirements
  • Deliver fit-for-purpose learning programmes
  • Oversees and influences the implementation of standards for learning across the site
  • Coordinates annual planning for learning across sites including cost, vendors and locations
  • Levers reporting and analytics to drive learning excellence including compliance, cost and productivity
  • Managers the update of learning packages for local / discrete changes and improvements
  • Provide governance of systems, processes and practices for all site training activities
  • Actively supports the site with SHES, process and systems knowledge
  • Provides knowledge support and coaching to site on best practice for leveraging learning framework
  • Coaches and supports the site on system standards
  • Coaches and supports the site on system usage
  • Provides support to the site in establishing training needs analysis, annual learning plans, maintenance of learning records, data and content management and adhoc queries
  • Vendor management for training delivery services
  • Monitors and reports on adherence to learning quality assurance frameworks in particular around the integrity of learning data and content within SuccessFactors.

What you will bring

  • Holds a tertiary qualification in Learning, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Has experience with various training management frameworks and is proficient in conducting training needs analysis.
  • Brings more than 4 years of experience in driving and implementing training programs.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and has a knack for collaboration.
  • Exhibits strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
