Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Materials Management Specialist at NYGCI located in Makati, with the flexibility for some remote work. The specialist will be responsible for daily tasks related to materials management, analyzing business processes, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and managing master data. The role involves optimizing material flows, ensuring cost-effective inventory management, and maintaining accurate data for efficient operations.

Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have Skills : SAP MM Inventory Management Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Work with Newmont’s , SCM IT lead and offshore support team and analyze the incidents created. • Work with technical team to analyze the errors related to ABAP or Interfaces. • Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and Supply Chain, to troubleshooting issues and implement fixes and enhancements. • Create documentation for the enhancements, improvements, process flows and system configuration. • Providing ongoing support to Newmont users for the SAP MM module.
- Job Description: Able to resolve incidents within SLA independently. Analyze the incidents on quarterly basis and provide root cause analysis and next step to address repeat incidents. Expertise in configuring S4 HANA Purchase module, various buying channels (Stock procurement, Free Text, Complex services), 3 way match, pricing conditions to handle freight, discounts, accruals. Complete understanding of Flexible and classical workflow setup with and without SAP HCM Org structure, Deeper expertise of MRO planning using tools such as Maximo MROIO or SAP IBP MRO solutions. Expertise in MRP(Consumption based planning) in S4HANA,Inventory management, Cycle counting, Ability to debug for problem solving/error resolution if required and work with technical teams for faster resolution. Expertise required in 3rd party (3PL or 4PL) integrations with S4HANA., in Freight forwarding and logistics. Skills Proficiency: Five or more years in MRP and MRO planning tools such as Maximo MROIO or SAP IBP MRO. Mining or similar asset intensive company (Example: Oil and Gas) experience preferred.
