Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound communications, including calls, email s, and messages, for the trucking company.
2. Maintain and update the database of clients, drivers, routes, and schedules.
3. Handle driver requests and inquiries regarding schedules, routes, and assignments.
4. Coordinate dispatch activities, including assigning drivers to routes, monitoring progress, and resolving issues or delays.
5. Assist in scheduling and coordinating transportation services for clients, including pickups, drop-offs, and special requests.
6. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.
7. Liaise with clients, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
8. Provide general assistance and support to the management team as needed, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing documents

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, drivers, and tea m me mbers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing databases and scheduling
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, email s, and messages
Knowledge of transportation operations, including dispatching, routing, and logistics.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills to address driver requests, scheduling conflicts, and other operational issues.
Familiarity with transportation management software and databases for managing driver assignments and schedule
