Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact in the Philippines forAustralian clients, fostering strong relationships to support client service
- Execute Financial Accounting and Management Accounting responsibilities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reporting, and other accounting tasks for the client
- Ensure client compliance with relevant regulations and tax laws
- Offer a diverse range of Accounting Software guidance
- Provide clients and stakeholders with software recommendations to optimize service operations
- Fulfill various Ad Hoc duties
- Deliver sound financial advice to Clients and Stakeholders leveraging your business expertise
- Undertake a broad spectrum of tasks both collaboratively within an international team and independently, demonstrating proactive initiative
Key Selection Criteria and Knowledge:
Soft Skills
- As the point of contact for clients, you will need to have well developed Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to manage a variety of relationships that the candidate will be confronted with
- Understand the most effective form of communication given the circumstances i.e. e-mail, telephone or calling a meeting
- Strong accounting and financial background and experience in Xero (And other packages) with a CPA background
- Accounts Payable &Accounts Receivable
- Debtor &Creditor Management
- Bank Reconciliations
- Develop competency in various accounting packages
- Strong IT background and experience
- Systems Accounting experience
- History of overcoming IT problems
- Writing of Policies and Procedures
